- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured procedures, quality manuals, test design and test documentation to assure software release meets quality requirements within set timeframe.
- Design quality assurance methodologies and test approaches.
- Estimate, prioritise and plan testing activities ensuring timely and quality execution.
- Hands-on approach in testing and methodical problem solving.
- Create the architecture for test automation.
- Identify potential quality issues of new and existing software, create up-to-date reports.
- Support root causes analysis and recommend corrective measures.
- Analyse data to identify product quality and defect trends.
- Participate in discovery and design phases of new feature development.
- Identify test requirements from defined specifications and map test case requirements, produce test estimations.
- Ensure that product meets quality requirements set by the organisation and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
- Previous experience in software development and software quality assurance of at least 5 years (preferably in a fast paced and evolving environment).
- High-level critical thinking and analytical mindset.
- Experience in using both manual and automated test methods as well as developing automated tests.
- Adaptable to fast paced environment.
- Interpersonal skills acting as a liaison with developers, production and customer support.
- Strong command of English (both written and oral).
- Managerial or team lead experience.
