- Build and lead ATLAS marketing strategy driving awareness of company’s products.
- Design effective marketing, launch plans and programs driving demand of ATLAS products, measure performance of the activities and adjust based on business updates.
- In cross functional collaboration, develop product messaging, positioning and competitive differentiation across every customer touch point to attract new customers and ensure positive experience at every stage.
- Estimate, plan and manage marketing budget based on business targets.
- Maintain strong market intelligence on customers of ATLAS products, competitive landscape, emerging trends and growth opportunities. Based on research build strong understanding on aspects impacting acquisition or losing new customers
- In cross functional collaboration, plan and execute launches of new products and features.
- Build and execute external communication plan.
- Manage and build a high performing marketing team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or communications. MBA is preferred, but not mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing in automotive, high tech or hardware manufacturing companies (preferably of an international scope). Marketing agency background will be seen as an advantage.
- Proven experience in designing successful marketing plans and programs, positioning and launching products as well as conducting market research.
- Team management experience will be seen as an advantage.
- Customer-oriented approach, passion for identifying and meeting customers’ needs.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, collaboration skills, creative approach as well as attention to quality and detail.
- Excellence in written and verbal communication, strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of company’s products, specific industry and technical knowledge will be seen as an advantage.
